Here, in the heart of the Sierra Mágina Natural Park (Jaén, Andalusia), the centenary olive trees are not just trees. They are guardians of time. They have witnessed sunrises, storms, and entire generations pass by. And they are still here, strong, delivering their golden fruit: the authentic liquid gold.

🫒 Our Olive Trees: Living History in Every Trunk

• They are not mass crops.
• They are not here to produce faster.
• They are here because they have been doing it right for centuries.

Planted with the traditional spacing of 10-12 meters, some with a single imposing trunk, others with two, but all with something in common: their fruit tastes like history.

What nourishes them?💧

Pure water from the Guadalquivir, the river that originates in the Sierra de Cazorla and flows 657 km to embrace the Atlantic. In the past, irrigation was done through ditches and flooding. Today, we do it more efficiently, respecting the environment and giving them just what they need.

💔 Why don't most cultivate this way anymore?

Because these olive trees yield less quantity than intensive crops. And many prefer more oil, even if it means losing quality.

Many uproot these trees and sell them for roundabouts, private gardens, or simply replace them with young olive trees that produce more.

Not us.

These olive trees have been here for centuries. Uprooting them would be erasing the history of those who worked this land before us.
