Depending on the destination country, the order usually arrives within 3-5 days, but depending on the date and volume of orders, it may take up to 7 days once it has been shipped.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. All orders are shipped with secure packaging, tracking throughout the European Union, and breakage insurance to ensure reliable delivery across the European Union.

We work with Correos and other reputable transport companies to guarantee fast and secure delivery.

The shipping cost to the following countries is:

• Spain: €6.90
• Balearic Islands: €9.90 
• Portugal: €14.90

For other European Union countries, the shipping cost is €29.90:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden.

We currently ship to the following list of countries:

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands).

All orders are shipped with secure packaging, tracking throughout the European Union, and breakage insurance.

The payment methods currently available are:

• Bank Transfer:

1. Make your transfer
   Access your online banking, mobile app, or visit your local bank branch to make the transfer. Ensure that you enter the correct details to avoid delays in processing.

Payment via bank transfer may take 2 to 3 business days to clear.

1. Payment validation time
   We will process your payment within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the transfer. Once validated, we will send you an email notification to inform you that your order is being processed.

Important Note:

Make sure to make the transfer in euros (€) to avoid additional charges or issues with payment processing.
Orders that are not paid within 5 business days will be automatically canceled.
