Our Olive Grove

If you are passionate about gastronomy and, in particular, exquisite olive oil, you will be delighted to know that Jaén is a jewel in the crown of the world's production of this precious liquid gold. This essential and vital food of the Mediterranean diet not only nourishes but also tells stories of tradition and excellence.
Our olive grove, located in Spain-Andalusia-Jaén, majestically extends into the Sierra Mágina Natural Park. Here, our century-old Picual olive trees, proud and robust, have witnessed generations of love and dedication.

Fernández Olive is not just a company; it is the heartbeat of a family that, for generations, has poured its passion and effort into every drop of olive oil in the province of Jaén. Our history, a legacy of more than a century, is written in the sweat and dedication of our ancestors.
My name is Juan Carlos Fernández García, and although I am not certain when exactly our adventure in olive cultivation began, I know that my great-great-grandfather was already tending these lands with love and care. Today, I proudly consider myself the fifth generation of farmers in our family.

Our Centennial Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We have 2 types of oil: Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, harvested between October 1-15 and Extra Virgin Olive Oil harvested in November-December.
Early harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a 500 ML glass bottle and Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a 3 liter Bag In Box.
All in very limited units.
